On Saturday afternoon two Goodgymers returned to Miss A’s garden to continue some weed pulling and general tidying. Good progress was made from last time and the cooler temperatures helped during the task.

On finishing up for the day, Miss A informed us she had frequently had a bird of prey visit the garden in the last few days. Sure enough right on cue we were treated to the sight of a fantastic Harris Hawk perched in her tree! The bird had evidently escaped from somewhere, so maybe our next GoodGym task will be to reunite it with its owner…
