Turn on, Tune in, Run out

Mrs B needed help re-tuning her TV as the common channels had moved around and it was no longer easy to flick between her favourite channels.

I spent some time re-tuning and attempting to edit the channel positions with no joy. After some handy Google investigation it seems like the shared aerial has been disturbed and was now picking up the West region channels as opposed to the Wales region.

This has been reported to Care and Repair and to the local Caretaker to look into. As a workaround I created a 'favourites' list for Mrs B to easier change between her favourite channels which she was pleased with. Hopefully something can be done for a longer term solution really soon.
