2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Barnet.

Abi and I met this morning for a lovely pre work mission.
Ms S needed us to carry her newly delivered bed up a couple of floors. With that done swiftly we checked all parts were there ready for her friend arriving later to build it.
A quick selfie on the way out and it was job done ✅
