17:00 - 18:30Colindale Community Garden has closed and Trinity, the church and foodbank that managed the site, has moved to Grahame Park. They have to be out by 4 October.
However, the garden has a giant polytunnel, which has been donated to a local school. And it needs dismantling to pack into a minibus!
It's a big job. The garden is overgrown and the ground is uneven in places, so please dress sensibly. We'll be helping unscrew the wooden door frames, pull the metal posts out of the ground and take the whole thing apart.
We'll do as much as we can today and have another go on Saturday if needed and people are available.
