Mel, Dave, Jen, Gwyn and Tracey met at Watermead Country Park on a beautiful sunny September afternoon. The mission was to make sure the route for the impending parkrun launch on Saturday was clear of any overhang branches and litter free. Armed with loppers and secateurs they soon had the route looking fantastic. Jimmy met them when the task was nearly complete but had ran the 5km route and advised of any other areas that needed a tidy up. Tracey also collected a bag of litter. All ready for Saturday.
