One Tuesday night, a running band of Good Gym peeps, so fit and grand, To Windmill City Farm they ran, whilst working on a great sun tan!

With gloves and fist and lots of might, they fought a mighty bindweed fight!. So cunning was this twisted vine, which seemed so lovely and benign, We had to work so long and hard to free the tangled, chocked farmyard. Then homewards once again we fled, some clothed in our shirts of red, And detoured through Victoria Park as nimble as a sprightly lark.

With the closing of the run, we tried to find a fitting pun. Knackered though, our will power ailed, so, dear reader, our punning failed!

Great work peeps!!! What a lovely run we had, and it was great to see the farm, and learn about Notorious P.I.G! Please keep checking for new runs, and if you want a shirt of red, then have a look in to joining as a member too!
