The magnificent 5

5 GoodGymers made their way 4.5km to help their local community in Redbridge.

it was almost a sextet, but chief Julia only popped in to deliver the leaflets and to sort out a doc check.

So it was down to regulars James, Helen & Elegia to welcome Jack to our little corner of London. He traveled quite a distance from north London to visit Wanstead House - give him a cheer!

Leaflets in hand, we set off walking to good set of roads near Christchurch Green and the tube station. Split in pairs we each took a road and met up at the end, to circle back to the high Street for a walk back to base.

With a niggle and intense training keeping 2 at walking pace, 3 found enough energy and rounded the evening off with a run.

Thanks for popping round Jack, maybe another day we can chat about the training runs
