A very short evening shift at City Harvest with just 2 pallets arriving from Amazon's Park Royal Depot.
I was on Bread Duty but there was only one Amazon tote (black crate) of bread in the delivery, providing an opportunity to consolidate and organise all the stacks of dated crates ('The Bread Line') to try and reduce storage space and ensure that the older bread gets distributed first.
