The bench didn't get hammered but the chair got legless

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Lambeth.

Mrs M was very excited to see her GoodGym runners on Saturday morning. "My daughter said she knows someone from Goodgym, I know there's hundreds of you so you probably don't know him but he's called Tim" "Errr actually, that's me"

The smallness of the world having been established, we got on with some furniture moving. First the garden bench. We weren't sure if it would fit through the door frame, but the prospect of smashing it up with hammers made this possibility seem less of a bad thing. Unfortunately or fortunately depending how you look at it, the hammers weren't needed and the bench was deposited safely outside. Likewise the mattress.

Next an armchair was to go outside, and finally Catriona got a chance to use a hammer, smashing the legs off so it would fit through the door.

Last task was the sofa bed which, following a whole lot of wildly inaccurate estimations about width of sofa bed and height of door frames, we carried out with surprising ease. Job done.
