The Axe factor

Eight of us made our way to Cultivate London on a slightly chilly Wednesday evening. We met Michael one of Cultivate’s site team, who set us to work on tonight’s task to deconstruct as many of their old pallets as possible to help them with their move to a new site close by. Cultivate use recycled pallets and other materials to brighten up local areas with plants they grow at their nursery sites.

Whilst we love to do simple tasks where we can work as a team and wield a few tools in the process this was next level. Pallet wrenches, a large hammer and an axe all featured.

Some of us really got stuck in, naturals with a hammer and axe, some of us project managed 🤭 … the less said about that the better.

We know our strengths and efficiently destroying unwanted items is definitely one of them.
