The 350th event! 165 Juniors, 44 Personal Bests, 34 First Timers
2 GoodGymers made their way to help the parkrun - Cardiff juniors in Cardiff.

Michael and Flo from GoodGym were out early this morning to help with the fabulous Cardiff Junior parkrun. Cardiff Junior parkrun was able to celebrate their 350th event today!
Michael was out on the important 'turn' position marshalling. Without him there the juniors might carry on running all the way into the car park without finishing. Luckily, Michael was there to lead all 165 participants into the finishing tunnel.
Flo led the First Timers Welcome - a short chat that lets everyone who is completely new to the event (or to parkrun) know all about the course and what to do or not do (don't forget your barcode!!!). Flo also assisted with the clear-up at the end, as did Michael.
