That's A Wrap!
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Portsmouth.

Here's what Mrs L of PO2 had to say about the mission:
From referrer: "Thank you so much for helping out this carer and helping them to keep the Christmas surprises for each other. What a wonderful group of people your volunteers are - please wish them all a Merry Christmas from everyone at the Carers Service."
Dave and I visited S and L to help them with their Christmas wrapping. After a lovely chat we got cracking with the wrapping, firstly with L whilst S hid in the bedroom so as not to spoil any surprises, then swapped to ensure L's gifts were all wrapped too!
We were only there for about 90 minutes but both S and L were so, so grateful for GoodGym's help. L couldn't get over the fact that some complete strangers would be willing to come and help them out. We let her know that that is exactly what GoodGym is all about. So anyone from GoodGym that is reading this, never underestimate how special even a single good deed is and what a difference it can make.
