On Saturday morning one GoodGymer assisted a lovely lady with some basic grocery shopping. Infrequent and inadequate public transport, coupled with some mobility issues meant Mrs J wasn’t able to get out and about as much as she had hoped. The weather on this particular day was also pretty unpleasant, so she was even more grateful for the assistance.
