With the glorious sunshine, there has been nothing better than getting on the bike, now with handy pannier bags for large shopping or prescription duties, and cycling around Oxford helping neighbours out. On Sunday, the young family I regular help out with were in need for a food shop for a Sunday roast they were cooking up that day so managed to get them lots of veg, yorkshire puds, a leg of pork plus staples for later in the week. The kids sounded super excited when I arrived outside at the flat!

An elderly neighbour that I check in on a couple of days a week was feeling a bit unwell earlier this week but seemed much better today and asked me to go to Waitrose this time for a treat. There were particular sour sweets that she likes from there so managed to get what I could to keep her spirits up for the week ahead in addition to running a couple of other errands for her.

An elderly couple further afield had a large prescription pickup (making sure to pick up the insulin from the fridge at the pharmacy too) and the pannier bags came into their own for this so everything was dropped off safe and sound. The lady seemed super thankful!
