Star Wars Day Episode One: The Phantom Finish

On May the fourth, three of us stepped up to finish sprucing up Mr E's Beautiful Mews...

...but, alas, it wasn't to be - we had a fab chat among ourselves while periodically knocking, ringing and telephoning.

I LOVE that song from the telly which goes "Someone's knocking at the door, someone's ringing the bell". If only we were let in though!

We waited for half an hour but decided to call it a day. We left a lovely note to say we hoped Mr E was well.

Tori dashed off for a special meal while Liz and I went for a great vegan brekkie and catch up round the corner.

What goes around comes around as a helpful chap ran to catch us up after we left the café as Liz had left her hoodie! Phew. She'll need it to as it wasn't half nippy today!

I then had to dash off for the next of a trio of gardening missions today (Episode Two: Attack of the Lawns) and would catch up with Liz for Episode Three: Revenge of the Scythe
