It had been a couple of years since Ms M had volunteers to help in her garden and between then and now, she'd had a double leg break, which she was still recovering from. As a result, she needed help to tidy up her garden. There were weeds to remove from the flower beds. The priority though was to clear leaves from behind the large shed.

Sevan took on a shot of shed duty 🥚. At the side of the shed, there was enough space for him to walk, rake and sweep the leaves from a tree on the other side of the fence that towered over the garden. At the back of the shed, it was a tight squeeze, so long arms were needed to reach the far corner, which Sevan just about managed.

While Sevan was squashed behind the shed, Kash was getting stuck in to a double shot of weeding 🍈🍈. She grabbed a fork and turned over the soil, removing the big offenders. After a while, Sevan joined Kash and they worked their way along the flower beds. The pair completed the weeding of all 3 in the back garden and Kash uncovered a frog who was having an afternoon nap.

With a few minutes left at the end of the mission, to top it off, a dash of work in the gravel edging completed the session/cocktail 🍹, before the green waste was taken to the front of the house. Ms M's garden is now ready for her to grow cucumbers and tomatoes this summer, which she loves to share with her local community! 🍅🥒
