Spring cleaning

Friday Hub and not the usual main tasks to start the day for the kitchen crew. All the usual setup was on the schedule including bringing down the deliveries. Steph was in the kitchen afterwards and had a slightly different task to perform with the team. As ESK was getting some volunteering and cooking from the Park Plaza London Park Royal hotel, the kitchen team had time on their hands so we did the spring cleaning of the kitchen in November. Kitchen spotless and the team proud of this morning routine.
