2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Lambeth.

This was a quick mission to help Ms K who lives at the top of her block of flats with no lift. We took out her rubbish, checked her post and posted a letter down the road for her. A few journeys up the stairs and then a quick run home for both of us.
