Sofa shuffle
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Lambeth.

Juliet and I headed to West Norwood to help move a sofa and armchair for Mrs J before her hospital bed arrived. The mission was reminiscent of certain friends episode (Pivot!), but with bit of creative handling of the sofa the mission was quickly completed.
