Bright and early on Saturday morning, Andy, Remy and Michelle gathered at Salopian Garden, run by Cultivate London, to help set up for their 'Bread, Chicks & Seeds' open day.
Our first challenge was assembling two gazebos for the event - after a bit of head-scratching over what bit went where and some careful coordination from the three of us (you hold that pole!) we had the task conquered.
Next up was arranging the contents of the gazebos; shifting everything around, unpacking some new shiny tables and giving everything a clean to make sure it was sparkling!

Cultivate London is a charity that provides horticultural services using sustainable, organic and biodiverse methods. They work with communities, businesses and local government to create and maintain enjoyable and sustainable urban green spaces and give local people the opportunity to learn and engage in food growing.
