Welcome to Ellie who has come south from Leeds and is immersing herself in the south coast GoodGyms!
Ellie joined Jen, Lynn & I for a very wet Sunday morning run on the old Great Run Local 5K route. It may have been pelting down, but there were lots of familiar friendly faces from GRL days, all enjoying the same 5K run.
We didn't hang about afterwards - just time for a quick selfie before we could dive into our cars and set the heaters on full blast!
