On a Friday lunchtime, I peeled myself away from the work laptop and threw myself down Brixton hill to get some goodies for Mr K - including three packs of digestive biscuits.
After quickly filling my basket, I dropped it round his house where he gave me a thumbs up and sent me on my way.
