6 GoodGymers made their way 8.0km to help the Team Springboard CIC in Coventry.

On a very hot Tuesday evening, 6 GoodGym runners supported our friends at Team Springboard.
As usual, we were greeted by Esther who updated us on the allotments progress, educated us, gave us a tour of the site and set us off on our weeding and tidying. The time flew by and soon it was time to go home.
Luckily, as my house was not too far from the task my children headed out to meet us with Rocket lollies. These cooled us down and gave us fuel to head home.
A great evening all round.
