Raking it in
4 GoodGymers made their way 3.8km to help the South Downs Leisure Charitable trust in Worthing.

Small but mighty
With a smaller than usual group Belinda John and Barbara joined me at this small community garden at one of our local leisure centres to work on this ongoing project that GG Worthing regularly give their time and energy to.
Tonight we worked on raking. weeding and a little bit of fine pruning and rubbish collection too. There were a few entertaining conversations that haven't made the run report but which gave us a chuckle or two !
On a chilly evening it was an ideal task in a sheltered area and we did some great work too!
