4 GoodGymers made their way to help the parkrun - Woking junior parkrun in Woking.

This morning Wayne, James, Anne, & Adam carried out volunteering duties at the junior park run. Between the 4 of them a total 23km was run this morning. Wayne, Anne. & Adam were at various checkpoints along the 2km course to cheer & support the young runners as they went round. James was tail walker. πΆββοΈ
In total this morning there were 131 runners who took part with the fastest time at an impressive 07:30. There were also a total of 39 PBβs π great effort by everyone.
James also got an impressive PB at yesterdays Brooklands Park Run he finished the course in just under 20mins his 1st Sub 20. ππ½ππ½
This Wednesday we are back at the park laying wood chip along the Park Run course. π
