2 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Ealing.

Kash and Sevan found themselves without anything to do on Sunday morning before meeting up with LAGER Can in Pitshanger Park. They thought about getting more sleep, but instead decided to help out at Pitshanger Junior parkrun. The took their marshal posts and cheered the 51 young runners around the course.
There was enough time to grab a coffee before their next good deed in the park where they ended up in the River Brent.
