3 GoodGymers made their way 9.0km to help their local community in Tower Hamlets.

Tom, Andrew and David met up this Monday to blow away the Easter cobwebs (and excesses) with a brisk 5 mile run around the parks of Tower Hamlets. Visiting Haggerston, the canal, Victoria Park and Mile End Park spring was in our step as David and Andrew dragged Tom around for a proper run for once!
Looking forward to our first proper session back after Easter next week!
