6 GoodGymers made their way 5.1km on a training session in Portsmouth.

Six GoodGymers + S and Alice took on Southsea parkrun in some turbulent weather conditions this morning at their NHS 75 Celebrations.
Dave's plan to get a new PB of Sub-24 minutes went even better than expected - coming in at 22:44!!
Alice managed to knock 7 minutes off her 5km parkrun PB too, despite getting distracted by every possible plant on the route back to The Briny.
Sinéad managed to squeeze in a good deed alongside her run by accompanying S to and from parkrun.
John and Katie braved a sea dip after their run - between the lightening flashes!
John, Vicki, Jen and Alice rethought the post run icecream plan but enjoyed a delicious breakfast at The Briny instead.
