Today I was assigned to a task to do some specific shopping for Ms R. This was a unique one because Ms R is wheelchair bound and meant I had to enter the house to drop the shopping off. The other factor was also her shopping because she is on a unique diet which meant I had to get certain branded items from Sainsbury's, most of it juices. The closest Sainsbury's that wasn't a local small one was a 30 minute walk away.. But I wasn't deterred and embraced this task in this glorious weather. I even ran to Sainsbury's with a roll of Lambeth council recycling bags as I have loads spare and it was on the list.

I managed to find all but one item which I got an alternative for. I was happy that the list was very detailed too as it made it more rewarding knowing you've got the right stuff.

After a brisk walk with two bags, I delivered as instructed and ran home to complete a nice 10k run home in the sunshine.ā˜€ļøšŸƒ
