6 GoodGymers made their way 4km to help their local community in Tower Hamlets.

A really nice run tonight. I'm told a total of 4.7 miles - taking in two separate missions. Will blog the rest of it tomorrow, but for tonight, here's a nice picture of Mark somehow dazzling the very grateful father Duncan at the community centre we visited.
