So tonight's run took us to Hackney Wick, where amongst various other cinema and theatre projects, Flims on Fridges has emerged to show sports film on fridges.  Important stuff.  The Good Gym left York Hall at 7pm and arrived after a 3.5k run a the canal-side site, right in front of the Olympic stadium.  We shifted about 50 pallets to form a nice screen, cleaned a shed-load of fridges, painted some boards and even got down to some fridge-magnet application.   It took about 38mins to get all the jobs done and we headed straight back along the canal, through Victoria park and back to York Hall.   Including the repetitive moving stuff about we clocked up 8.61k at approx 9.83k per/hour.  Not too bad.
