Mission

No bedder time than the present!

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Cardiff.

Mikey and Rosie ran to Mrs S’ house to help her move her bed upstairs. Upon arrival Mrs S’ sweet dog Scooby offered his help, giving lots of moral support, tail wags and licks. Mikey became master of the allen key and took the bed apart, while Rosie helped move the pieces upstairs (and gave Scooby some well-deserved attention). They found themselves in a bit of a tight spot as there wasn't much room to manoeuvre, but with a bit of elbow grease the bed came together again to the delight of Mrs S, who is in the last leg of her recovery and glad to be up and down the stairs again. Mrs S asked all about what GoodGym do and was very excited about the prospect of possibly having some help taming her unruly garden. Mikey and Rosie said they'd definitely be up for the challenge before cheerfully saying their goodbyes, giving Scooby one last pet.
