Nice Day For Some Gardening

Pauline and Matthew turned up at a beautiful house and met the most delightful couple, who have reached out to Good Gym because their garden has become overgrown. As if having health issues is not bad enough they have been burgled and have had some beautiful possessions stolen. In two and a half hours on a sunny, hot day, (yes they do happen in Liverpool), we managed to clear eight large bags of vegetation from the garden and it has opened it up to them so that they can enjoy it. We hope that we have restored their faith in humanity a little and we are hoping to go back again and help them with some more gardening and some de-cluttering in their house. This is what makes being a part of Good Gym so worthwhile, helping those in the community who are struggling.
