I ran to Sainsbury's with a list ready to get some shopping done. This list contained soft food, fine porridge oats, soya milk, tinned food and under ripe bananas. I was able to get everything and on arrival I actually came across an ambulance team who were escorting someone out of their flat, it turned out to be Mr G. He requested to have his shopping put away so a member of the ambulance team did so kindly. I wished him all the best, saluted the ambulance team because they are hero's and ran home.
