These meatballs are always the “talk of the town.” No starters today, but 2 mains on the menu. Pasta with fresh meatballs in a tomato sauce with a side salad. Stuffed mushrooms for the vegetarian option to go with pasta and salad. Just one bite of these meatballs and you’ll be “ball-ieving” in their magic. These meatballs are so addictive, they should be “prohibited-ly” good and the clients agreed 👍. Then the clients had a trio of desserts to choose from : cake with freshly made custard, apple struddle with custard or fresh slices of pineapple. Busy in the kitchen and the small team today nailed it and were on the ball today.
