Litter-ally starting the decade as we mean to go on
8 GoodGymers made their way to help the parkrun - Tremorfa in Cardiff.

After starting the new year with a parkrun, eight cardiff goodgym runners stuck around and completed a litter pick. The runners even inspired some new years day walkers to grab some litter they were passing and dispose of them in our bags
January challenge has kicked off and GG Cardiff and the Vale have hit the ground running
