Like a walk in the park

Escape The City is an organisation who help people escape their corporate careers. As part of this project, they encourage everyone to explore London's green spaces. Our Rosie set up a nice route round Walthamstow Marshes, skirting the River Lea and Springfield Park, and seven GoodGymers joined the walk, including Laura from Waltham Forest, taking part in her first ever GoodGym event. Welcome, Laura! The weather was perfect and the conversation was good, and what's more, we didn't get lost at all, not quite. As it started to get dark, we continued the fun chat in the Princess of Wales afterwards. Look out for more walks to come!
