Junior Parkrun
3 GoodGymers made their way to help the parkrun - Cardiff juniors in Cardiff.

A busy one today with over 130 juniors running their parkrun event, plus parents and guardians alongside some. We met for our usual briefing before making our ways to different areas (goodgym split up this week).
Another great Sunday done, the best way to wake up on the weekend. Followed by a brief coffee afterwards.
We will be joining them again next Sunday so get signed up!
