Junior park run Woking

Goodgym Park Run, 🏃🏾♂️
This morning Wayne, Adam, Maya, Anne, and Rebecca carried out volunteering duties at the junior park run, Wayne was given the role of funnel manager while the rest of the team were spaced out along the 2k course cheering and encouraging the youngsters.
Maya was back from her action packed week away up in the Highlands, doing all sorts of activities.
This morning James, Adam, Wayne, Holly are taking part in the Guinness World Record attempt at most 10k done in a day, James is also taking part in the Hampton Court 1/2 marathon.
