Junior Park Run
4 GoodGymers made their way to help the parkrun - Woking junior parkrun in Woking.

On this wet and dull Sunday morning 4 GG Members carried out various volunteering roles at the junior park run.
Wayne, Anne, & Alys were marshals around the 2k course encouraging the the young runners around while Adam was barcode scanning duties.
James could not attend this morning as he was taking part in the Chichester 10k where he got a PB a 10k under 40mins. (I now owe him lunch😃)
At the park run today 115 runners took part with the fastest time an amazing 07:41. There were also 26 PB's. Great running by everyone.
