4 superb GoodGymmers arrived at Holly Trinity Foodbank, with a que of people waiting for opening time for their food parcels.

It is truely heart warming the service foodbanks give to our community in greatest need. The HTL foodbank are in desparate need of volunteers, which we were honoured to help them with. We had lots of conversation today from people collecting their food parcels, heartbreaking that we felt like some who live alone we may have been the only people they chatted to today. One lady almost cried with joy, when she found coffee in her parcel!

Really rewarding experience, weldone team, starting February off the right way! Between us all we had completed a triathlon too with myself and Lisa cycling to the community mission, Nick running and me and Martin and been for a morning swim, we've deffinatly done good getting fit today!
