Ivy got no love for weeds

Yangki and I arrived on what turned out to be a sunny early evening, having just missed a rain shower (phew!) We were given our instructions and set to work tackling the weeds and very stubborn ivy that was taking hold. Yangki very bravely used the slightly vicious-looking gardening blade (which had an official name that I now can't remember) while I played it safe and stuck to the secateurs. 4 bin bags full of our prunings later and we were finished.
