5 GoodGymers made their way 8km to help the High Town Community CIC in Luton.

Twas four weeks before Christmas and while people ate dinners, letterboxes were flapping thanks to Goodgymers
The leaflets were posted through doors with care inviting all residents to the Christmas Fair
By the end of the night Goodgymers were in bed with dreams of good deeds playing out in their head
