11 intrepid Goodgymmers rose bright and early (not all feeling very bright after NYE revels) to start off the January challenge with 5k at Millhouses Parkrun.
It was my 50th parkrun and I was touched that so many came to support me. The effort was all worth it in the end as out came a rainbow and we headed home for a very sociable brunch 🥰
