I Can Run A Rainbow 🌈

8 GoodGymers made their way 5.0km on a training session in Liverpool.

It was another beautiful sunny week in Liverpool and 8 GoodGymers took to the streets to bring colour to their days with the Rainbow Challenge.

The challenge was to enjoy a socially-distanced run (or cycle if you're Emma!) at some point this week, but to track down every colour of the rainbow while you're outside.

Everyone had a lovely time paying a little extra attention to their surroundings and finding joy in the natural world. The only bad thing was that pesky indigo... what colour even is it?!
