Today I delivered books and audiobooks for Mr D and Mrs M. There were more books about black holes and geology for Mr D who had his daughter visiting and seemed happy to get some more books.

The was more historical fiction for Mrs M, who had been inside most of the day waiting for a new washing machine to be delivered. She was ecstatic for more audiobooks to enjoy with the cold and windy weather outside.

We chatted about work and the weather. Both are aware that this will be my last delivery due to work stress and house moving but they should still get their books every 3 weeks, albeit from another volunteer or the main service.
