With the 10th anniversary of Cardiff Parkrun only a few weeks away, they have been looking for some extra volunteers. Fortunately, a few GoodGym runners were eager to help on a rainy Saturday morning. Ellen and Aimee ran from their home to the parkrun start. Each eager to marshal, they went to their assigned posts. Soon enough, the faster parkrunners were speeding by. Unleashing their spirit, Ellen and Aimee cheered for the runners and thanked them for keeping to the right of the path. So many runners returned the cheers with a "thank you marshal." Before they knew it, the tail walker was returning and it was time to head back. After returning their hi-vis, they were off running to their second mission of the morning.
