4 GoodGymers made their way to help the St George's Harbour Church and Portsmouth Residents and Visitors in Portsmouth.

4 Goodgymers Helped out at the St George's Foodbank. Lucy, Maxine, Felix and I were out the back packing bags and giving people as much jam as we could! Tracy was out the front chatting to the users of the foodbank and enjoying her first ever Goodgym Mission! A lovely time was had by all and we be back next week lift and shift some more.
