great to see the goodgym gang arriving some running and some cycling red tops galore! Michelle filled in the new GG guys about Kingston Mencap and the great work they do. so hi ho hi ho off we go for the third chop of the grass with Rob and Rachel giving it the mow down and wow result looks soooo much better. The natter girlies Jo, Kate and Laura were on their bottoms weeding and cut lering with table knives whilst chatting about lots of things a proper workout. Adam and Jane thought thistle be the day to chop down gigantic weeds down along the path whilst catching up on other missions. A quick visit to the new @skyhigh mural at the back of the center for a group picture then off to enjoy the rest of the evening.
