Furniture Tetris!

Two Coventry Goodgymers went to Mrs C’s house to re-arrange her bedroom furniture so that she could use a new piece of hospital equipment that had been delivered and still access all of her possessions easily from her wheelchair.

With a rough plan in hand and Mrs C to supervise, we went about playing furniture Tetris, moving the bed and two small cupboards around the room into their new positions and making sure all of Mrs C’s things were accessible. We also had to plug in the bedside lamp and phone charger, with the only sockets behind the bed. Vic bravely stepped up and clambered under to get everything plugged in and ready to use.

Mrs C was really pleased with the result as it gave her much more space to move around.
